As a point to point connection, the extender supports distances up to 150m using Cat.6 cable, or when combined with a network switch can be expanded for much larger distribution systems with up to 3 layers of network equipment. Adding receivers provides additional flexibility to the setup to distribute content into various locations or displays at distance, great for use in retail, connected office installations or educational setups.Supporting resolutions up to Full HD 1920x1080@60Hz 4:4:4 8bit, this extender provides high quality content, good for eye catching digital signage, residential installations or AV distribution in hospitality. IR extension also provide simple control via an included IR emitter and receiver cable using an IR remote.Please Note: Use a dedicated network specially for larger installations.
