Product description
Sortierte handgelesene Trauben der Rebsorte Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir) sind die Grundlage für diesen Wein. Nach einer 5-wöchigen Maischestandzeit wurde abgepresst. Es schloss sich eine 24-montatige Lagerung im 10% neuen und 90% gebrauchten 225l Aßmann Holzgebinden an. Danach wurde ohne Filtration abgefüllt. Ein kleines Depot ist eine natürliche Erscheinung.
