Ocean Blue is a concentrated, transparent acrylic ink from AK's the Inks range — built for glazing rather than base coating, so a little goes a long way. Drop it over a lighter blue undercoat and it deepens and saturates the colour instead of flattening it, which is exactly what you want for water, sky, banners or any surface that needs a bit more vibrancy and depth than a flat paint gives you.
