Patrol Gauntlet is a pair of durable ski gloves in quality materials, with a long shaft at the wrist. The back of the hand is made of a wind- and waterproof polyester shell that is still highly breathable. The palm is made of impregnated goatskin. The waistband is made of bemberg/polyester, which can be removed and washed. It is insulated with G-loft, which is a very thin polyester fiber that warms well even when wet. The glove has a long shaft at the wrist with a Velcro closure, which is extra good for keeping snow out of the gloves. One glove is equipped with a carabiner so the gloves can be clipped together when not in use. The glove can last for years if the leather is well maintained.
