Bei der Herstellung dieses Apfel-Balsamico werden keine Farbstoffe, Konservierungsstoffe oder Verdickungsmittel zugesetzt, seine Produktion gleicht der eines klassischen Balsamico bis ins Detail - nur dass der Apfel hier die Hauptrolle spielt.
